Our client is at the forefront of leading worldwide logistics sector.

They are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to manage their warehouse operation (3PL) at Trugania VIC. Warehouse Manager shall ensure smooth execution of warehousing operations. This position will report to the Managing Director daily, weekly and monthly, with regard to both financial and operational performance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- A. Monitoring and managing all warehouse operations_

1. Operational OHS&E
- Ensure the adherence of safe work practices for all operations
- Conduct regularly risk assessments on operational processes.
- Preform weekly warehouse safety inspections.
- Report all OHS&E inspection results and safety issues to the MD.

2. Inbound
- Ensuring all containers are processed within agreed timeframe.
- Report all inbound non-conformance as per agreed process.
- Schedule labour to ensure sufficient resources to manage workload.

3. Outbound
- Ensure all delivery orders placed prior to agreed cut-offs are shipped as per agreement.
- Schedule labour to ensure sufficient resources to manage workload.

4. Team Management
- Conduct pre-shift and toolbox meetings with team.
- Review team and individual performance and provide feedback

5. Inventory Management
- Ensure stock v system accuracy
- Monitor cycle count results and create action plans if required
- Investigate reported outbound non-conformance.
- Report key results to client and MD.
- B. Reporting _

1. Any Irregular and Contingency Cases

2. Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting (to Clients as well)

3. KPI Report (Including Transportation's Tracking Performance)
- Preparing Report for Clients
- Preparing Report for internal review

4. All the other reports requested by Manager or MD with reasonable instruction

5. Attend regular meetings (KPI, regular and spot) with Clients
- C. Data Management and Analysis_

1. Analysis KPI results and other key operational performance

2. Maintain databases for incidents and other non-conformance

3. Report results and findings to MD.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience managing small to medium sized teams.
- Experience in managing inventory and cycle counting.
- Understanding of OHS&E legislation and Chain of Responsibility.
- Experience in tyre operations preferable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
