The Communications team ensures the right information is getting to the right people at the right time in a way that adds value and creates positive experiences and outcomes for our customers and our people.

Delivering tailored communications about all change activities, you will leverage diverse channels including news sites, knowledge management platforms, briefings, workshops, townhalls, various written communications, videos and digital signage.

The Internal Communications Coordinator role is integral in supporting the connection of our internal teams across Customer Operations and Customer Solutions is and responsible for working across key stakeholders to support change activity which is critical to our customer facing channels.

What you’ll be doing:

- Manage news sites for Operational and Frontline teams.
- Write news articles to keep customer facing teams informed of customer related news and initiatives with contact centre and/or business impact.
- Communicate events, incidents and changes that affect the day to day running of the contact centres.
- Design, implement and manage newsletters and other communications channels.
- Maintain and develop content for digital communication channels.
- Present content at virtual and face-to-face briefing sessions.
- Support engagement and connection activities across key audience groups.
- Be a key support for strategic transformational communications, liaising with the Communications Lead and other pivotal stakeholders.

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Proactive and solutions focussed attitude
- Ability to take a multifaceted brief and build then execute a communications plan for its anticipated audience.
- Proven experience and/or academic qualifications in communications, writing and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to interpret complex business requirements and produce clear, concise communications.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations when balancing tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational and self-management skills including the ability to quickly adjust, and to accommodate emerging priorities.
- Ability to build strong internal relationships based on credible performance, collaboration and personal leadership.
- Ability to confidently facilitate and deliver content to a variety of internal audience groups.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of SharePoint and CMS experience will also be highly regarded
