Our client is a creative experiential agency that works collaboratively to develop, design, and deliver impactful live, virtual, and hybrid events. They work in a true partnership with their clients, acting as an extension of their team, to deliver bespoke and engaging experiences. Their services include strategic planning, creative development, project management and live production. They are a collective of collaborators, change makers and creatives.

With staff in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, our client’s business is growing, and we are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Producer to take a senior leadership role in the business. You will lead clients and the wider team in all aspects of project delivery, manage and develop client relationships through authentic connection, and reinforce the agency’s unique culture in every interaction.

**The role**:

- Uphold the agency’s values in the everyday operations of the business, actively and positively driving team culture
- Assist in growing the agency’s project team and client base
- Work with the directors to develop client/project proposals and deliver pitches
- Lead project team and extended supplier network to successfully deliver all aspects of the projects
- Manage and develop the project team, assigning project R&Rs and working with them to nurture and grow their professional skills and abilities
- Oversee venue and supplier engagement and agreements to ensure project and values alignment
- Lead the development of content pieces for broadcast and live presentation, including speaker content design, speaker briefings, rehearsals, recordings and postproduction, scripting, creative treatment and associated logistics
- Accountable and responsible for budget maintenance and management both in AUD and multi-currency, cost control and achieving associated project margin
- Lead creative and content development, supporting concept integrity, brand identity and client messaging within relevant project areas
- Regular account, project and team reporting to the directors
- Semiregular travel

- Minimum 10+ years agency experience with demonstrated expertise in creative event design and production
- Experience in planning and executing large-scale, high-quality corporate events with budgets upwards of $5mil. Experience with multi-currency
- Proven team management experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- You will have the confidence and resilience to handle a fast-paced working environment, often working under pressure to tight deadlines and on multiple projects
- Experience in vetting, bidding, and managing third-party vendor partners
- Ability to build and manage budgets and track agency profit
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
