Service Technician

$40 per hour casual position with full time hours

Purpose of role This role contributes to the businesses success by acting as a Service Technician predominately, but not limited to, SDI servicing, purification system servicing, system installations, trouble-shooting, and delivering excellent and consistent customer service and acting responsible and professional at all times, in accordance with the businesses vision, mission and values

Core objectives include:

- Maintaining our Client's range of purification systems and equipment as required and requested,
- Servicing SDI (Serviced Deionisation) systems as required and requested
- **Performing routine field services for our existing and new client base.**:

- Advising customers on service issues and provide other advice where required
- Scheduled service of water purification systems.
- Completing the required service reports and documentation to ensure correct invoicing can be actioned.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of SDI Cylinder cages
- Performing warehouse duties where required and requested The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Other duties Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.

- Forklift license ESSENTIAL

SDI Servicing
- Ensure scheduled SDI tank pick up and exchange services are undertaken in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that the response to all SDI Operational Alerts is timely and any repairs required are completed to the required specification and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- All applicable service paperwork is signed by the customer on-site for work completed.
- Assist with other servicing functions where required and requested.
- All booked/scheduled SDI tank exchanges are completed when requested and to the standard required by both customer and CWS.

Other General Duties
- Assist where necessary with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
- Always maintain the warehouse, SDI bottle rinsing plant and surrounding warehouse space in a clean, tidy and safe state
