**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth and success across our business, Hardchrome Sales is now seeking a Trainee Grinding Operator to join our well-equipped workshop located at Welshpool WA 6106. This is an afternoon shift position with the hours of 3:30 - midnight.

As a Trainee Grinding Operator with Hardchrome Sales, you will be learning how to grind chrome off rods and polish them prepared for chroming. Once the job is chromed, you will learn how to grind back any oversize from the finished chroming process then polish the rod and prepare it for the customer.

To be considered for this position, you will possess;
- Capability drawings, interpret written and verbal work instructions
- Ability to read and measure in micrometres (desirable)
- Able to work afternoon shift
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve with a positive 'can do' attitude.
