**Job Description**:
You drive our digital channel performance strategies and tactics with our global performance team, ensuring strong outcomes.

You will be part of our Media Team working closely with cross functional teams (E-Commerce, Content, Customer teams) to deliver our customer-centric digital strategy.

Key responsibilities:
**Digital Channels Planning & Optimization**
- Driving customer growth, retention and sales through SEM, Social, Affiliate & Display
- Secure that performance investments are optimised towards profitable sales and acquisition goals across all digital media channels
- Responsible for SEO actions (coordinating with Site team & Content team)
- Responsible for E-mail and Push actions to ensure growth
- Perform quality control and audits to ensure agency is optimising the channels according to platforms’ best practice
- Responsible for digital Affiliate plans and activations

**Budget & Follow Up**
- Responsible for driving yearly performance budget, revenue and traffic forecast, in close collaboration with Media Manager and global performance team
- Close collaboration with Media Manager and Sales team to set ROI goals for performance channels
- Identify customer growth potential within paid media channels
- Provide data driven input into and follow up on performance media spend

**Thought leadership**
- Act as an ambassador for customer centric shift in digital media
- Educate and share knowledge and insights on digital media performance
- Challenge status quo to ensure best digital strategy is in place

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**

Experienced Digital Media specialist/executive with a strong operational knowledge of multiple performance media channels. You understand how various digital marketing tactics create a total impact and you are channel unbiassed. You live and breathe digital media and know how to deliver results with known tactics as well as new digital opportunities.

You may be part of a digital/media agency now but you can see yourself working on one client, where you can truly bring your skills and strategic focus to the next level.

**Skills & experience**
- Marketing communication or business degree/relevant qualifications
- Extensive knowledge in several performance channels’ operations and algorithms (SEM, Social, Affiliate, Display)
- Minimum 4 years proven experience in working with performance digital channels
- Proven experience in managing and optimising digital media budget
- Good understanding of SEO
- High analytical ability combined with strategic thinking
- Structured, organised and efficient
