**About the role at IAG**

You’ll drive deeper and more meaningful connections with our customers by making more effective creative and media choices. The Digital Media Specialist brings excellence to how we show up to our customers across video platforms. You’ll deploy marketing campaigns and analysis across digital video platforms and analyse customer behaviour across digital and develop insights to improve engagement on platform.

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Product Roadmap Development - Work with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs, including prioritization of features
- Product Launch - Develop and execute product launch plans, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Client Communication and Relationship Building - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services
