Happy Parents". **Requirements**: We are looking for a confident Diploma who can join a busy team and is passionate about children. Must have a basic knowledge of technology as we have embraced technology in our centre so you can spend more time working with the children and less time completing administration work. Must be able to follow directions and adhere to policy and practices. **Your Role Requires** - Provide physical care to children and respond to their emotional needs to maintain trust, develop nurturing relationships, guide positive relationships and ensure the dignity and rights of each child are maintained. - Working with a team of educators and committed to delivering high-quality programs and practices. - Documenting daily observations to promote children's development - Provide and maintain a supportive environment for children and parents as well as team members - At least 2 year of industry experience - Seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma to join our team - Hold a working with children check. - Hola a CPR/FIRST AID certificate for childcare settings - Must be reliable and very motivated to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to part-time with potential to increase to full time during business hours - Must have a sound understanding of the EYLF - Must be willing to learn new practices and procedures - You must be energetic, an excellent communicator - Must be able to work alone and with others - must have exceptional documentation skills **Why choose us**: - Leadership opportunity - Opportunities for additional professional development - Supportive management structure - Friendly working environment If this is you we would love to hear from you **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm Part-time hours: 30 per week **Benefits**: - Professional development assistance Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift Licence/Certification: - Working with Children Check (preferred) Work Location: In person
