Bright Future childcare centre is a privately owned and family run. Since the new centre in kellyville already open, a dedicated professional staff need urgent to join in our management team.

requirement
- Diploma Qualified, or ECT
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role within Early Childhood.
- familiar with National Quality Standards
- Passionate and committed to high qualify of early childhood and education
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- Current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check

Roles
- assist director to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence program with childcare routine
- belonging to the management team to make good relationship with all educators and parents
- Ensure that all observation and programming, of children's learning, is visible and accessible to families and contains high-quality information to meet regulatory requirements
- Assist director to create a good environment for the whole cetnre.
- If possible set up the new center opening with the owner
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
