We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to join the Concrete Skate Supply team at Bondi Beach, Sydney.

The role requires an inspiring leader to achieve high performance sales targets, KPI’s and individual development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control and shrinkage.
- Lead by example and motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPI’s and added value targets across the store.
- Effectively manage the wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
- Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development by ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
- Produce and analyse required financial reports - i.e. Payroll reports
- Roster Management and payroll approval
- Manage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
- Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 3 years (required)
