**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage national purchasing and order fulfilment processes for Açai, Oak, toppings, and other materials across all shops.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (ACIT, IDS) and external partners (couriers) to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
- Supervise production operations and ensure the Cronulla facility maintains optimal supply levels, including packaging and raw materials.
- Monitor and support the ordering processes for existing shops, addressing logístical queries and challenges as needed.
- Provide guidance and onboarding support for new franchises and corporate stores, including initial stock orders and training on supply chain procedures.
- Regularly update and maintain the COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) report to evaluate shop performance and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Oversee the MarketMan system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data on goods, suppliers, and pricing.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to store managers, franchisees, and other team members on the MarketMan platform and supply protocols.
- Assist in the development of process documentation, supply chain guides, and improvement strategies.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or purchasing role, preferably within the retail or food & beverage sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or sufficient work experience in lieu of formal education.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from cost and performance data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with suppliers, franchisees, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with inventory management systems or platforms such as MarketMan is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to manage multiple supply chain activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Sound understanding of logistics operations and vendor coordination.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
