This top tier law firm has a stand out brand and is renowned for its innovation. This newly created national Pursuits Manager role is significant to the business and has been created to enhance the firm's capability, best practice and win rate. Managing a Pursuits Coordinator initially, you will likely grow the team over time. Reporting into an impressive CMO and BD Director, you will be encouraged to develop optimal processes and systems, influence tone of voice and pitch style, educate partners and BD colleagues in best practice pursuits and pitching and help the firm increase market share in a number of key sectors. You will play a vital role in determining what the next iteration of the firm’s pitching platform should be and manage major pursuits for strategic clients and targets. The use of technology, AI and other tools is encouraged and the firm has an outstanding graphic design team. This is a great opportunity for someone to effect real change and help a successful firm do things even better.
- Demonstrable experience developing a pitch or pursuit function
- Strong understanding of RfP and major pursuit planning
- Excited about influencing and educating stakeholders
- Good understanding of client management
- Comfortable managing junior staff
- Experience spans a range of pitch types
