**Scheduler**:
**About the role**:
The scheduling function is a critical part of the IBR business and we are looking for leader who can think strategically, bring new ideas and engage the team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that scheduling requirements are met by managing and planning resources, prioritising work, and setting up systems and process to ensure success. You will play a major part in the delivery of customer projects, working closely with project management, planning and operations teams and you will liaise directly with our customers.

As part of the Victorian Lead Team, this is key leadership position and will also contribute to the deployment of the IBR strategy and business plan.

The key areas of responsibility are outlined below and please see the role charter for more information:

- Ownership of the scheduling function and performance
