Cura is expanding and is on the search for an additional Care Team Scheduler to add to our growing and vibrant team.

The Position:
This position will join our existing experienced scheduler and care team in planning and scheduling service delivery for Cura’s clients, working in conjunction with the clients and their families to meet their individual care needs.

The role Includes:

- Effective rostering of care team to support the needs of each individual client.
- Liaising with all employees to ensure a consistent and seamless approach to service provision.
- Responding to client and care team enquiries in a timely and professional manner; including changes to services requirements and service delivery times.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee and client interactions regarding scheduling or any other matters that are deemed noteworthy.
- Liaise with the care team to ensure any changes in rostered services can be met within the client’s individual budget.
- Actively contribute to a team environment through open communication, and participation in regular staff meetings.
- Potential to participate in the organisation On Call roster, for outside of office hours.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
