team as their new Client Advisor.

Client Advisors are Kieser’s concierge service making it the ideal role for someone who is bubbly, confident and thrives working in a busy, client-facing environment.

As a Client Advisor you will:

- Welcome every client with enthusiasm and care
- Deliver outstanding client experiences
- Coordinate appointments / manage clinic diary
- Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, cash, online payments)
- Promote Kieser’s services
- Provide administrative support to our team and the clinic
- Be the go-to person to answer questions and solve problems for our clients and team members.

The successful applicant with ideally possess:

- Energetic, friendly and positive personality
- Has an outgoing personality with an A+ attitude
- Displays exceptional customer service and an eye for detail
- Outstanding sales and communication skills

**Qualifications** Desirable**
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience

**Required**
- Valid working rights in Australia
- First Aid &CPR Certification
- National Police Check

**Additional Information**
- Ongoing role
- Client Advisor shift times** **in clinic are between Mon-Fri 7.30am - 7pm and 7am - 3pm Saturdays
