We’re looking for a bold, creative, and high-energy Community & Marketing Manager ready to elevate our brand to the next level. You’ll be the face, voice, and energy of Il Locale Pizza online, creating content, building engagement, and turning followers into die-hard fans. This role will have you traveling to multiple locations, shooting content, cooking up campaigns, and making Il Locale Pizza the talk of the town.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Community Management**:

- Develop fresh, engaging content for Instagram and TikTok—Reels, Stories, and Posts that people can’t ignore. You need to be an Instagram and TikTok GURU
- Interact with followers, responding to comments, messages, and tags with energy and authenticity.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to create buzzworthy content.
- Monitor metrics to track engagement, growth, and overall community health.

**Marketing & Content Creation**:

- Travel to different Il Locale Pizza locations to capture killer content.
- Plan and launch creative marketing campaigns that get people talking and craving pizza.
- Manage social media ads, optimizing for reach, engagement, and results.
- Analyze performance and adjust strategies to keep pushing boundaries.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong skills in content creation—photos, videos, design—whatever it takes to make our brand pop.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage people with your words and visuals.
- Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
- Creativity and marketing instincts that know how to make people stop scrolling.
- Willingness to travel to various Il Locale Pizza locations for content creation.
- A genuine love for pizza and making people crave it.
