This Sales Performance Reporting Analyst position is responsible for supporting the performance management & analysis of the International Card Services (ICS) business across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The position is part of the Performance & Insights (P&I) team and reports to P&I APAC Sales Manager.

**Key accountabilities include**:
1. Create Sales performance dashboard and analysis spanning all markets within the region. Expectations include:

- Development and production of Sales performance reporting/dashboards
- Frequent modelling and deep dive analysis
- Ensuring dashboard quality and consistency
- Provide insights and recommendations to key partners as required

2. Supporting projects & processes in areas such as:

- Global, International & Regional initiatives
- Regional Sales planning & forecasting processes
- Annual individual and leader target setting
- Annual scorecard design & alignment
- Colleague engagement
- Dashboard creation and maintenance
- Cross-functional activities
- Ad-hoc activities as required

3. Partnering with key stakeholders such as Senior Market leaders, business planners & analysts, Global / International P&I, Amex technology teams, Incentive Governance Design, Global Business Solutions, Product, Marketing, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Risk, etc.

4. Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in all activities and compliance with American Express Information Security Standards

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification required, Finance or Accounting ideal
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Database skills are essential
- Python, SAS, or SQL experience is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of Salesforce ideal
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality are crucial
- Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization
- A team-first collaborative attitude is essential
