Experienced Venue Assistant Manager wanted for a full time position at the ‘award winning’ Kent Town Hotel

As the Kent Town Hotel continues to grow in trade and admiration, we have a need for an experienced hospitality superstar who has managed at a senior level. This position, to take care of the hotel’s overall organisational needs, demands a professional who has a "dog with a bone attitude."

Exceptional customer service is required. As is a high level of care for those customers and our staff. It is a completely hands on role with a need to be totally involved with our team, so some midnight closes each week are expected.

We offer a stimulating, financially secure environment with quirky, cutting-edge ideas and an opportunity to contribute personally to the hotel’s planning and our pursuit of excellence.

Senior hotel management experience is essential and it is advantageous, but not essential, for applicants to have had some restaurant experience. Experienced Duty Managers who are ambitious are encouraged to apply.

We continue to build our team. We are looking for someone to be very involved in helping us make that team the best there is.

Pay: $81,150.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
