**Service Delivery Officer**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Service Delivery Officer for our Community Support Service Team. The Service Delivery Officer is responsible for rostering support workers and home care support workers to deliver quality care and support for CS#1 clients, and to serve as the primary contact for rostering and scheduling enquiries and duties from clients and employees.

**Hours**:

- Full Time (76 hours per fortnight)
- Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Award Level 4
- Base hourly rate from $39.26/hour, plus 10.5% superannuation and salary packaging

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Roster and allocate shifts in accordance with client preference, workforce availability and resources
- Respectful and sensitive communication with clients, families and employees taking into consideration CALD barriers
- Maintain roster database and client information records adhering to privacy and confidentiality
- Perform other duties as directed, commensurate with skills and expectations of the role

**Service Delivery Officer Requirements**:

- Certificate III/IV Business Administration or equivalent rostering experience
- Experience with rostering, data entry and admin utilising rostering computer systems and client information databases
- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- Current Drivers Licence and own Car

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated communication skills to liaise with clients, community groups and agencies
- Demonstrated experience with managing competing priorities to deliver on time effective outcomes
