Position Overview:
As an Assistant to the Sales/Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial part in the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring smooth customer experiences and supporting the team in various tasks. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position, with occasional Saturdays required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with Walk-In Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, guiding walk-in customers, answering their questions, and helping them make informed purchases.
- Send Quotes: Create and send detailed quotes to customers based on their specific needs.
- Maintain Showroom: Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Coordinate with Service Department: Liaise with our service team to address customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- General Cleaning and Packing: Assist with light cleaning duties and packaging of orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Sales Experience (preferred): Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles will be a significant advantage.
- Background in Coffee (A Plus): Experience in the coffee industry will be highly valued.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and build rapport. If you’ve got the “gift of the gab” and can sell sand to Egyptians, we want to hear from you
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a neat and organized showroom and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
