The Waterproofing Shop in Roselands is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our busy front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role serving builders, tilers, and contractors at the trade counter—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and has a good general understanding of construction. You’ll be answering questions, processing sales, preparing orders, and learning about waterproofing systems and construction products. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, patient, a great communicator, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. You must enjoy having a chat, working as part of a close-knit team, and staying productive through the day. Experience in construction or retail sales is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. **Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: $52,000.00 - $73,937.92 per year
