The Waterproofing Shop in Roselands is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our busy front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role serving builders, tilers, and contractors at the trade counter—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and has a good general understanding of construction. You’ll be answering questions, processing sales, preparing orders, and learning about waterproofing systems and construction products. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, patient, a great communicator, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. You must enjoy having a chat, working as part of a close-knit team, and staying productive through the day. Experience in construction or retail sales is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. If you’re reliable, motivated, and want to build a career in a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: $52,000.00 - $73,937.92 per year
