**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Printroom Associate **in South Melbourne. This role requires the ability to provide an efficient service delivery based in a customer site, while ensuring efficiency, cost consciousness and excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operating as a member of a team to provide service delivery.
- Prioritising and monitoring customer requests according to complexity and urgency to satisfy customer demands in a high-volume production.
- Effectively utilising workflow to maximise productivity and reduce wastage.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement.
- Delivering a great service and building a strong relationship with your customers.
- Completing all customer work to the FBAU & Clients quality standards.
- Advising customers of the most efficient qualitative and cost-effective solutions to meet their design, print and distribution requirements.
- Engaging with peers to share information.
- Embracing new technologies and innovations.
- FBAU and client values are clearly demonstrated and championed.
- A culture of openness, feedback and empowerment is built and sustained.
- Demonstrating flexibility in relocating to different customer sites as required.
- Learning new features and functionality of equipment, technologies, office automation and software as introduced on site.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- As an experienced professional in print room operations, you will bring the below valued skills to our business:

- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment with exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a print centre. Specific experience with estimating and costing is a plus
- Intermediate PC skills and computer literacy including basic MS Office experience
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Minimum Secondary Education - Year 12.
- Certificate 3 in Printing and Graphic Arts, or the willingness to participate in a workplace program to obtain this qualification.
- Knowledge of digital print operations as well as finishing and binding operations
