**About the Role**
As a pivotal member of the cybersecurity leadership team, you'll spearhead transformative projects, collaborating with industry-leading entities to shape the cybersecurity strategy. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the integrity of the digital ecosystem and fostering a culture of security excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Technical Expertise**: Assess vulnerabilities, conduct code reviews, and guide development teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into the design process.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and compliance with industry standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of technical experts, providing mentorship and guidance to foster excellence and innovation.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in.NET (C#), JavaScript, scripting languages (Python, Go), and expertise in DevSecOps, container security, and cloud infrastructure.
- **Consulting Abilities**: Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and guidance for development teams.
- **Self-Motivation**: Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
