**The Role**
Digital Capability Branch (DCB) uses the One Defence Capability System to develop, adapt and extend ICT capabilities to support the Defence mission and Australia's national interests. We seek to create digital value by supporting Defence technology users to create digital solutions to warfighting problems, taking their preferred futures into consideration. You will work under broad direction to undertake complex research, analysis, coordination, stakeholder engagement and varying project activities associated with the Defence Digital enterprise.

As a Digital Capability Manager, the key outcomes you will be responsible for include:

- Establish strong relationships and influence across capability domains, including Project Sponsors and lead Delivery Agencies to understand ADF and broader Defence Capability context, current and emerging requirements, priorities and risks.
- Contribute to project initiation activities including ICT input in the development of capability documentation in accordance with the One Defence Capability System.
- Provision of informed advice through Director General DCB, Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Information Officer on the ICT requirements, interoperability, risks and opportunities in accordance with the One Defence Capability System.
- Collaborating across the Branch to build and manage:

- The Forward Work Plan; and
- Demand Profile.
