**Role Responsibilities**:

- A full time video editor, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of video across Vogue’s site, socials and direct traffic sources.
- We are looking for a dynamic, experienced video journalist who can shoot, edit and produce video in a self-starting way, working independently to deliver quality results in a timely manner.
- You will be primarily responsible for creating a set number of videos per week, some short-form news explainers or similar, while working in tandem to produce longer form, flagship-style series’ released monthly. A deep knowledge of video editing platforms including Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro is required, and experience with graphics is preferred.
- You will be able to create short form vertical video, as well as longer form videos, and are comfortable working with high-profile talent to create engaging content. An understanding of SEO and social trends will also be looked on favourably.
- You will primarily report to the Digital Director and Head of Digital Content, but will also work with the Talent Director and Production team. Your role will be accountable for all video-led KPIs across Vogue, and will require you to manage a production budget and admin roster in tandem with your production and editing requirements.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A strong journalistic sense and eye for great stories and storytelling
- Ability to storyboard, produce, shoot and edit long and short form video to a high quality
- Ability to liaise with and suitably represent the brand with key external talent
- Able to instinctively spot stories, trends and content ideas which will resonate with the Vogue reader and create these into video within a short time frame
- Use of a content management system
- Ability to work within tight publishing deadlines
- Ability to work independently on all of the above
- Ability to report and distil video results for regular reporting
