Reporting to the Strategy &planning Director, the Web Editor assists in delivering high-quality content to internal and external stakeholders/clients. The Web Editor needs to be skilled at developing a good rapport with everyone they come in contact with to effectively and efficiently support the Trade Marketing team and writers’ efforts to capture the client’s voice in print. The Content Editor will also be called upon to occasionally assist in producing written work, including blog posts and social media content.

**What’s the role?**
- Drive the online customer experience to increase conversion through content strategies
- Conduct in-depth traffic analysis and research to generate insights and identify new opportunities for content growth beyond search.
- Continually work on strategies to improve the customer journey and personalisation for our digital customer
- Assist in management of all content including static, video, copy, voice, imagery selection and briefing, editing, uploading, and reporting for the NCA Trade website
- Supporting the Content Manager and Director in creating compelling content that is reflective of our brand, relevant, and first and/or memorable to our audience
- Manage the site through promotional and seasonal periods, marketing online and through digital channels while adhering to brand guidelines in content
- Continually work on strategies to improve the customer journey and personalisation for our digital customer
- Leverage our strong and broad network of Stakeholders including our sales talent and experts
- Adopt day-to-day systems and processes to deliver all required outputs of the Trade
- Adopt and adhere to Newsamp and Trade Marketing standards, frameworks, templates, collateral, processes and operating rhythms and informing of day-to-day challenges as they arise.
- Assist in the support of your team as directed.
- Contribute to a high performance environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives and deliverables.

**Who you are**
- Experience working in a sales, media, product or integration team within media, advertising, marketing or publishing industries.
- Experience in category or client business planning, sales strategies, market pitching and securing revenue and increasing market share.
- Experience developing and delivering successful client solutions, campaigns and partnerships.
- Ability to understand the commercial outcomes required to win client business and knowing how to work within a team to achieve an outcome.
- Sound knowledge of advertising and media, integrated marketing, content and data.
- An eye for detail and an acumen for numbers with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Highly organised and collaborative; efficiently manages responsibilities.
- Upbeat, can-do attitude; calm under pressure and negotiates respectfully.
