About the Role

We are seeking Expressions of Interest across multiple roles for a large integrated network consisting of toll roads, bridges and tunnels in South-East Queensland. Our client’s assets are critical to Brisbane’s transport network, catering to essential commuting and freight traffic and you will play a key role in keeping road users moving reliably and safely.

The scope of work for the Project will require the following skills set for each role indicated below:

- Incident Response Supervisors- Prioritise actions during the detection, analysis, and containment of an incident
- Provide supervision of the Incident Response Crews
- Liaise with our Client providing updates on major incidents and coordinate the callouts of additional resources in the event of a major incident or its escalation.
- Facilitate the shift reporting requirements
- Enable the training of Incident Response Crews in accordance with the Service Stream training requirements, including internal and external national policies
- Surveillance & Incident Response Crews
- Attend traffic incidents and representing Service Stream on behalf of our client
- Assess incident sites and communicating directly with client
- Implement Traffic Control as required
- As an experienced operator, provide Tilt truck / tow truck services for light vehicle
- Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
- Day to day scheduling including forecasting workloads for work crews.
- Develop strong relationships with delivery teams, Customer and Stakeholder teams to ensure successful delivery of all Work Orders
- As an experienced maintenance planner, contribute to planning analysis in scheduling and dispatching work allocations
- Liaise with field staff, Customer and Operations centre staff, Work Supervisors and Customer & Stakeholder team
- Regularly review existing processes and look for process improvements
- Traffic Management Coordinator- Ensure policies and procedures relating to client inductions, licensing, training and fatigue management are followed
- Deliver positive, proactive and committed feedback to road / incidence response crews
- Monitor, evaluate and report on subcontracted traffic controller performance
- Liaise with our client and internal / external stakeholders concerning scheduling related matters

All personnel require:

- Current driver’s license
- Appropriate qualifications for role
- A positive attitude to work collaboratively within a diverse integrated team
