Based from a modern, industrial-style workspace within Brisbane CBD, enjoy flexible working arrangements, including regular travel to the worlds largest sand island, a diverse scope of communication and design-centric activations, including print and digital advertising/editorial, digital marketing/social media - plus the opportunity to facilitate on-island photography and filming productions

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Support the Sales and Marketing strategy through the delivery of creative content that aligns with the focus of promoting a highly engaging tourism brand.
- Manage, monitor and engage with our audience across multiple brand accounts via key channels including Facebook and Instagram.
- Write and design promotional material for newsletters, website, brochure, EDM’s and presentations that augment the company’s presence in the market.
- Bring a new level of marketing analytics, technical strength and a metrics driven perspective to make informed decisions i.e. social media, web analytics, rankings etc.
- Develop and foster high-value partnerships through engaging with key industry stakeholders, liaising with external marketing contractors and attending networking events.

**Skills and experience you'll bring to the role**:

- Excellent communication skills, especially strong creative abilities for curating, proofing, and editing consumer-facing material.
- Proficiency in business copywriting and the skills needed to create visual content including newsletters, website, brochure collateral and advertising.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills are essential; ability to create rapport and empathy toward inspiring a positive culture.
- Ability to prioritise work under pressure, be flexible in dynamic environments and work unsupervised.
- Ability to travel to K’gari (Fraser Island) and work outside office hours as required.
- Hold an unrestricted Drivers Licence.
