**About the opportunity**

Reporting to the Service Desk Operations Manager we have two permanent opportunities a Service Desk Consultant to join our team based in Brisbane. These roles will be supporting our Australian Defence and Bupa Medical and Visa teams. You’ll be responsible for the provision of first point of call for technology service incidents and requests, including onboarding, offboarding and standalone technology access user changes, along with providing support for general technology issues, and escalations.

**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- Demonstrated technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies, including ServiceNow, AD, MS Exchange & Outlook;
- Demonstrated experience working in a Service Desk and/or Contact centre environment, focused on first call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity and experience with ITIL based processes (ITIL Foundation)
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability
