**Your new company**
You will be working for a well-known Federal Government Agency which assists health sector organisations in the delivery of the best care possible. Based in the CBD, they have been given an extra scope of exciting projects and as a result a new role has come up in their dynamic team. You will start as a temp, and with good performance will have the opportunity to stay longer term.

**Your new role**
As part of a team of 5 in finance, you will report into the Finance Manager and CFO, in a newly created role, which will have oversight across the whole business area. You will be provided with a plethora of responsibilities and the potential for progression within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Processing Accounts Payable
- Receipting, invoicing and payment allocations
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders and displaying excellent negotiation skills
- Extracting and manipulating data in Excel and SAP
- Assisting with Month end reconciliations
- Calculating adjustments, accruals and prepayments
- Assist with procurement, payroll analysis and preparation of financial statements
- Problem solving and being proactive in identifying process improvement solutions

**What you'll need to succeed**

**What you'll get in return**
$45ph + super. Ongoing role with chance to extend based on performance. Start immediately, can wait for short notice period. Work 37.5 hours per week with regular WFH encouraged.
