It is an exciting time for tennis in Australia and we have some ambitious plans to grow the game from grassroots through to high performance. To do this we are transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of making it more accessible, to more people, more often. To help us achieve our plan we are looking for a Regional Pathway Coordinator to join our team at Tennis NSW on a full-time basis.

About the role

Reporting into the Tennis NSW Pathways Manager, this role will ensure a consistent approach to the delivery of tennis opportunities in the Southern Conference, contributing to the overall growth of participation. The Regional Pathway Coordinator will provide administrative support for their respective regions and their Regional Matchplay Committees to deliver Region/Zone level events.
_In this role you will:_
- Oversee the organisation and delivery of the Regional Matchplay Series, Tennis Country Series, Regional State League, and Regional Zone Squads
- Provide support to all host venues prior to & following their event including handling entries, producing draws and publishing results
- Conduct regular stakeholder feedback and engagement to help shape the evolution on the Regional Pathway
- Play a lead role in the delivery and promotion of all Regional Pathway Competitive Play Opportunities
- Showcase NSW Regional players, programs and competitions in line with the Tennis NSW Marketing strategy
- Organise on-going education for Volunteers and Officials through regular structured workshops and other formats using the current Tennis Australia and Tennis NSW resources and personnel

About you
- What you will bring to the role:_
- Experience in tennis event management
- Exceptional people management and customer service skills
- Excellent administration skills and experience report-writing
- Strong communication skills both in one-on-one and public speaking situations
- The ability to actively engage a variety of stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
