**Lead our Educational Practice at Milestones Fern Bay**

We are looking for an experienced Educational Leader, offering Part and Full-Time positions with flexible shifts from 6:30am to 6:30 pm.

**About the Centre**:
Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Fern Bay We are a 104-place service with 6 learning environments separated into 3 key age groups. We are tucked away in the small tight knit estate of Seaside Fern Bay which allows for meaningful relationships and connections with our local community. We pride ourselves on providing meaningful play-based programs through the Life-long learning approach, placing children at the core of our planning as capable, competent, and creative individuals who have a right and are encouraged to contribute to their own learning. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a close team that prides itself on professional relationships and guidance ensuring that all educators have access to equal opportunities and professional development.

**About you**:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds

Our educators and teachers are trained and accredited in the Lifelong Learning Curriculum which is Australia’s most advanced approach to early education for children from birth to age five. This curriculum draws on the best models of early education, contemporary research and evidence informed practices such as Circle of Security, Abecedarian, and Project Based learning.
