Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Rutherford We provide high-quality early education and care for children aged 0-5 years. Our safe, inclusive environment supports children's social, emotional, physical, and academic growth through a play-based curriculum led by caring, qualified educators. **About you**:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
- Experience in Educational Leader capacity desirable
