We are a purpose built 29 place centre that requires a Full-time Diploma or Certificate 3 Educator (willing to complete their Diploma) to assist in the high provision of quality care within our centre. This role requires the room leader to be self motivated, enthusiastic and a person who provides an educational environment that meets the needs of the children and reflects the EYLF.

As a Room Leader with children aged 3-5 years and Certified Supervisor you will be responsible for liaising with parents, programming, complete Regulation Requirements and be an active staff member assisting with the QIP. You will be a motivated educator who will inspire both the children and staff in your room and at our centre. You will be a team player with strong communication skills, be organised, have leadership skills as well as having a caring and professional approach to your work. In return you will have the opportunity to join a positive, high achieving team.

You must have a minimum of a recognised Child Care Certificate 3, and we would prefer two years of full-time experience working in a child care centre. Ideally you will have a similar role however people seeking a leadership opportunity are encouraged to apply. You must also be able to work any 8 hour shift within our opening hours of Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6:00pm.
