**Attention All Dedicated and Compassionate Educators Goonellabah Educator Required**We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate educator for a family in Goonellabah. This role entails providing care for a 1-year-old child, with the potential to also care for a 7-year-old during school holidays. It’s an ideal opportunity for an experienced educator who thrives in a nurturing, family-oriented environment.

**Role Overview**:

- Provide care for a 1-year-old, with potential care for a 7-year-old during school holidays
- Support the child’s development through age-appropriate activities and routines
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment

**Days and Hours**: The schedule is flexible, with shifts available Monday through Friday:

- **9:00 AM to 7:00 PM** or **1:00 PM to 7:00 PM**

**Additional Information**:

- The primary guardian is an NDIS support recipient.

**Hourly rate**:

- **$36.50 per hour plus superannuation**

**The successful applicant will have the following prerequisites**:

- Certificate III in Children’s Services (ACECQA approved)
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (in a childcare setting)
- WWCC
- Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
- Public liability insurance (once successfully placed)
- Medical Clearance
- Child Protection (refresher required every 2 years)
- ABN (this role is for a self employed/contractor)
- Photo ID
- PRODA RA (the office will assist you with this)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $36.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Licence/Certification:

- Police Clearance (preferred)
- Child Protection Refresher (preferred)
- Cert III in Early Childhood (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
