**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced Scheduler/Planner who is dedicated to continuous improvement and ensuring seamless processes from order to delivery. In this pivotal role, you will oversee materials and installation planning, managing changes to optimise customer service, materials supply, and labour efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate scheduling of service installations to meet customer requirements and operational efficiency goals.
- Manage the end-to-end process from order intake through to job completion.
- Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of materials and labour resources.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate project timelines effectively.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues to minimise disruptions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve queries promptly.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling processes and operational efficiency.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in planning and scheduling within the roofing industry.
- Strong understanding of roofing materials (metal, tile, and plumbing) and installation processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in scheduling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office suite.
