The Role
As the Information Management Specialist at Snowy 2.0, you will hold a pivotal position, offering specialised knowledge, coordinating and administering Snowy 2.0 systems. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance, configuring systems, conducting training and audits, whilst focusing on continuous improvements to meet project needs and align with the business's information management strategy.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
Developing frameworks, strategies, and systems to support project information needs and maintaining system configuration documentation for the Aconex Project Information Management System/Application.

Driving completeness and accuracy of project information by designing and delivering effective information management frameworks and systems to meet project, business and regulatory requirements.

Monitoring compliance, conducting audits, implementing corrective actions, and offering recommendations for improvement.

Providing guidance on information management procedures and suggesting enhancements.

Ensuring alignment of project information management with business requirements, incorporating the information management strategy and technology roadmap.

Coordinating with business Functional Services and Service Desk teams for consistent service delivery.

Developing and overseeing the information migration strategy and processes for end-of-project information lifecycle management.

**You'll Bring To The Team**:
Experience in establishing, managing and evaluating document control systems, preferably within a technical environment. Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard document management systems such as Aconex, and showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail will be essential for effective collaboration in our diverse environment.
