**About you**:
- Relevant technical trade or engineering qualifications, with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment (preferred, or readiness to attain)
- Solid technical aptitude of electronic automation with experience in marine, mining, rail, and energy market segments preferred,
- Exceptional fault-finding and problem-solving attributes, preferably with strong experience of, and passion for, Penske off-highway products.
- High level of computer literacy, ability to utilise diagnostic software effectively, and proficiency within the Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to work within a team environment to meet specific deadlines and to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Effective time management and administrative abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Rolls-Royce Systems (MTU) products would be an advantage.
- Being able and willing to travel domestically and internationally for training, customer support and OEM liaison.

**What will you do?**
- Provide product technical support to Penske branches, OEMs and end customers in the automation and energy market within Australia & New Zealand. Regularly liaise with factory support teams to facilitate technical support and training initiatives.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with key customers and act as a key aftersales technical contact.
- Develop and deliver engaging technical training, activities, and assessments in accordance with approved resources and other relevant documentation.
- Conduct regular reviews and modifications of training requirements and resources to ensure currency and relevance.
- Liaise with customers & prepare quotations for new training opportunities.
- Maintain quality records of training courses and documentation.
- Ensure all safety policy and procedures are followed.
- Work to elevate and support campaign and commissioning tasks.
- Identify novel technologies and approaches for improving electronic technical support and training capability.
