empire group are currently representing an established accounting firm, to support a specialised internal division.
** This role is available as a full-time or part-time position, offering even further work-life balance.**

**The Role -**

- Within this role, you will work closely with clients, a specialised division and the bookkeeping/finance team, assisting with all administrative ad-hoc tasks including:_
- Working closely with clients, external providers, and the internal team.
- Administration support for client document preparation and on-boarding information into the database.
- Reviewing project work, creating a list and reporting weekly.
- Liaise with both clients and the bookkeeping team to find resolutions to queries.
- General administration ad-hoc tasks as required.

**About you -**
- ** Experience in finance OR have completed a bookkeeping certificate OR a similar finance qualification.**:

- Experience within a professional service environment is highly regarded, however, not essential.
- Proven experience as an administrator.
- This role would excite someone who is ready to expand their skill set and knowledge, has a keen eye for detail and is seeking a career within the finance space._
