We are looking for an Assistant Store manager to join our **Byron Bay** store. As Assistant Boutique Manager you will be responsible for end to end boutique performance and operations of retail business. Work closely with our Senior Management team in Bondi and Byron. We value accountability, teamwork, a passion for the retail industry, creativity, ability to embrace change.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work autonomously
- Creative styling and presentation, who can make ANNEX brand their own
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
