**About the Organisation**:
Our client prides themselves on delivering a high-end service, specialising in courier services and international shipping. They have a friendly, supportive & growing team located in Horsley Park.

**About the role**

This is a Temp to Permanent opportunity with genuine career progression available. Reporting to the Credit Manager your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to;
- Leading a small team responsible for allocations, reconciliation and other administrative receivables functions
- Provide hands on support with any overflow of work
- Work closely with your colleagues in the team responsible for Accounts receivable and collections
- Review any difficult accounts and escalated issues
- Support your Manager and the business with any ad hoc projects as they arise with the continued growth of the business

**About you**
- Have solid experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable role at a more Senior level
- Previous experience supervising and managing a team
- Ideally you have had experience within a high volume transactional environment ideally within a service oriented Industry delivering a product
- You will have good computer literacy; Oracle experience would be advantageous but not essential
- You will be a customer focused person with good communication skills.
