As demand grows, we’re looking for reliable, detail-**focused Cleaning Technicians** who want consistent, long-term work, to join our expanding team.

- **Pay starts at $31.21 per hour**, with rates of up to **$56.18 per hour for Sunday shifts**:

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Deliver high-standard cleaning services across a range of commercial properties
- Perform duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting in line with our premium service standards
- Maintain site presentation and hygiene, ensuring spaces always reflect a polished finish
- Follow detailed checklists and health & safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with team members and site contacts
- Represent Tribe Clean Co with professionalism, pride, and a great attitude

**The Essentials - Must Have**
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle for site-to-site travel
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to travel throughout Western Sydney (and occasionally regionally, paid)
- Friendly, respectful attitude and team-first mindset
- An eye for detail, and commitment to quality
- Physical fitness and stamina
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Previous cleaning experience (ideal, but not essential - we can train the right person)
- Two work references

**Where You’ll Be Working**

You’ll service premium sites across Western Sydney, including (but not limited to):
**Box Hill, Arndell Park, Blacktown, Marsden Park, Parklea, Granville**, **Eastern Creek,**and the occasional regional NSW job.
