**What We Offer**
- $32.31 per hour starting rate
- Flexible casual hours (10-20 hrs per week, mostly day shifts)

**Your Role**
- Deliver high-standard cleaning services across a variety of commercial sites
- Complete tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting to premium standards
- Maintain site hygiene and presentation for a polished, professional finish
- Follow checklists and health & safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with teammates and site contacts
- Represent Tribe Clean Co with pride, professionalism, and a positive attitude

**What You’ll Need**
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle for travel between sites
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to travel across Western Sydney (with some paid regional travel)
- A friendly, respectful, team-first attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Physical fitness and stamina
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Previous cleaning experience (ideal, but not essential - we’ll train the right person)
- Two work references
