What We Offer

Your Role

  • Deliver high-standard cleaning services across a variety of commercial sites
  • Complete tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting to premium standards
  • Maintain site hygiene and presentation for a polished, professional finish
  • Follow checklists and health & safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and site contacts
  • Represent Tribe Clean Co with pride, professionalism, and a positive attitude

What You'll Need

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle for travel between sites
  • Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to travel across Western Sydney (with some paid regional travel)
  • A friendly, respectful, team-first attitude
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Physical fitness and stamina
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
  • Previous cleaning experience (ideal, but not essential – we'll train the right person)
  • Two work references
