**Security Officers - Westfield Southland**

We’re excited to announce that Trident Services Australia has been awarded the security contract at **Westfield Southland**, with operations commencing from **Monday 21 July 2025**. We are currently seeking experienced and licensed Security Officers to join our team in Full-Time and Part-Time roles.

As a Security Officer at Southland, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Delivering high-quality front-line customer service
- Responding to incidents, including medical and emergency situations
- Monitoring safety risks and reporting incidents
- Assisting with crowd management and de-escalation
- Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures

**What you’ll need**:

- Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control function
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- High standard of personal presentation and customer-focused attitude
