About the RoleMembers of the department of Physiotherapy work in a busy, challenging and constantly evolving environment. Department staff are responsible for providing high standard services across the continuum of care to client/patient groups.
- Prepare and /or implement individual or group treatment programs for patients under the supervision and direction of the therapists and report on patient performance as required. Assist with the personal care, manual handling and transport of patients. Undertake the transport, set up, monitoring and care of clinical equipment, therapy material, educational resources and assistive devices. Maintain supplies, coordinate equipment borrowing and undertake other administrative tasks, as required.
