Medscanis looking for a motivated, outgoing and energetic Receptionist to join our team.

**We are looking for permanent full-time and part time staff for sites in CBD, Barangaroo and Double Bay.**

Duties will include:

- Greeting patients and answering the phone in a cheerful and polite manner
- Patient coordination such as scheduling appointments and registration upon arrival
- Completing private payments and processing Medicare, Work Cover and DVA billings
- General reception and administrative duties

You will bring a 'can-do' attitude and a friendly customer service driven focus.

Ideally you will have experience working as a medical receptionist and enjoy a busy environment.

Radiology experience, Medicare and private billing knowledge an advantage

- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and energetic attitude
- A collaborative, dynamic approach and the desire to contribute to a strong team environment
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
