Made in The Shade Group, known for its commitment to quality brands is looking for that passionate and energetic people-focused Customer Service Rep. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our established customer network for Navy Strength Ice Co. and The Everleigh Bottling Co.
- Full time Monday to Friday 8-4pm
- Brand new premises in Port Melbourne with all the fun-trimmings

About the role and requirements:
This is a new opportunity, and you will thrive providing outstanding customer service, enjoying developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and building systems and procedures. With excellent communication skills you will provide advice and information on MITS products and services.

About us:
The Made in the Shade Group unites venues and services owned and operated by Michael and Zara Madrusan: The Everleigh, Heartbreaker, Navy Strength Ice Co., The Everleigh Bottling Co., Connie's Pizza, Bar Margaux and Connie's Italian Diner.

Every Made in the Shade venue or product is born out of a desire to break new ground in Australia's hospitality scene. Our motto is ‘People Before Drinks.’ So, what do we care about most? It may sound corny, but we really do care about people. Our team, and our guests and customers.

About you:

- Customer focused - you always have the customer’s needs front of mind
- Enjoy talking to our customers directly, listening to what they need and resolving their problems
- Adept and confident in finding solutions to problems - quickly taking a personalised approach with every interaction
- Able to prioritise and multi-task and efficient with your time

- Passionate about our brand and the ability to talk confidently and enthusiastically about our products and services.

About the role:

- Responding to customer service enquiries - including questions about products, orders and replacements/refunds
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Processing of orders and returns
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Securing sales and identifying customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
