- Join a team of Pre Trial Officers in the Commercial Registry of the County Court of Victoria that supports the Judges and Judicial Registrars in end-to-end management of proceedings in the Commercial Division
- Six month full-time role

The County Court of Victoria is the principal trial court in the State of Victoria. The Court hears and determines criminal, common law and commercial matters. Our 87 Judges hear more than 12,000 cases per year across the three divisions. The County Court is committed to continuous improvement in accordance with the International Framework for Court Excellence.

**About you**
Duties include:
- Liaise with legal practitioners, court users, and the general public to handle a high volume of complex enquiries under limited supervision
- Prepare draft orders to be referred to the Judiciary for approval, taking into consideration the needs of the parties and the relevant rules and procedures
- Contribute to the development of processes and practices to improve service delivery in the Commercial Registry.
