**Lead the RTO and L&D functions in a community services setting during an exciting time of growth; Manage a team of up to 10 employees.**

**The Role**

This position will lead Centacare’s Registered Training Organisation (1004) accredited training, organisational internal and external training, and the development of face-to-face, blended and online learning opportunities that are responsive to the needs of the community and social services sector. In addition, the Manager will lead and support a diverse group of professionals toward successful delivery of the service KPIs.

**What you need to bring**

**Essential**
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience leading diverse and/or lived experienced teams
- Familiarity with the community and social services, current and emerging training needs, inclusive of lived experience
- A developed understanding of the relevant community and social services training packages
- Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (previously known as ‘Child-Related Employment Screening Clearance’)
- Ability to comply with Covid-19 vaccination requirements

**Desirable**
- Qualification in a relevant field of study
- Understanding of peer work
- Online/blended learning experience
- Project management skills
